Even before I enter into University, it's already proving too tough for me. Did you know that in NTU, the General Education Requirement (GER) offers a comprehensive range of broadening study through 3 areas of coverage comprising core subjects (GER-Core), prescribed electives (GER-PE) and unrestricted electives (GER-UE).

excuse me, but... WHADDAFADA???

Oh, and that's not all. Apparently all the subjects you take make up Academic Units, and there are a certain number of Academic Units you have to fill in every Semester/Year. If you want to fill in more than three Academic Units than are required, you have to submit an overload form to ask for permission to do so. If you don't like your Prescribed Elective (PRINCIPLES OF ^*&$#^%#ING ECONOMICS), you have to apply to have it changed to the APPRECIATION OF CHINESE FOLK OPERATIC PERFORMANCES. If you want to do a minor study/unrestricted elective, you have to apply. And all of the above must not exceed the stipulated amount of Academic Units you're supposed to clock in, otherwise you will have to apply to overload and then the NTU people will decide if you are intellectually equipped to handle all that.

My God, I have a headache.
